Finally done!
over four days of work, a lot of anger because of sketch (stupid Treecko didn't want come out well XD)... but i finished it *O* I heaved a sigh of relief... Hoenn Starters~! Treecko, Torchic and Mudkip... with baloons Mudkip wanted to know if the balloon will manage to float him. It did and Mudkip is very surprised. The balloon of Torchic popped (probably it pierced it with beak) and now it is sad. Treecko is good-natured and decided to give in its balloon to Torchic. ~that's just short story which this picture tells I must start last picture of this series and I will have a whole set - yayz! Śliczne. Kolory po prostu mnie zabiły, zwłaszcza przy Torchicu, szok. Są bardzo ładne przejścia między odcieniami barw i poszczególnymi cieniami. Bardzo mi się podoba. <3 -- 'jak tam?' We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Critiques
Vision: The picture is just perfct, i don´t know how you managed to Scan a picture that well, all is perfectly vissible, even the effects of the background (I like the bubbles).
Originality: Some poeple would consider this overused already, but the fact that counts is the cute story of this picture, and the poses, the faces and how the picture is made make it very original (BTW, it´s also original bcause Treecko is known to be a somewhat Lonely/Grumpy Pokemon, and you made it all sweet).
Technique: The lines look smooth and very real, they make the picture look warm, like a home feeling, the colors are well applied, i can´t see one blank space, did you use a white color to mix the tones???, the light physics is good, realistic, but it keeps the cool anime feeling of Pokemon.
Impact: Really, this does not have too much impact, mainly because this is a series of pics, and probably many people were expecting this, but that does not quit the fact that the colors and the whole concept are inspiring and surprising.
A final note, i love the story, ppor Torchic, i hope he does not break Treecko´s balloon, there would be 2 sad Pokemon without balloons and a UP emulating Mudkip (xD).
Post Final note (LOL): If i have grammar errors, please forgive me, english is not my primary language, but i try to do the best i can, i hope the critique was useful, and i also hope you come with an incredible idea for the $th generation Starters one.
Her style of artwork the way she draws is absolutely outstanding.
Her traditional artworks is magnificent, the way she blends in the colours is unbelieveable. The way she draws all Pokemon creatures, it is very unique. It does show that it's very similar to the original anime of Pokemon. WHat i have got to say about this artwork.
The bending and shadings on here she done on pencil really gets my eyes magnetised to it, shows how talented she is with her artworks. If I had a choice to rate this. I'd rate it Very good.
This artist shows her traditonal artwork as brightful as a person's happy smile. done absolutely well.
Her outlining is nice and smooth too, no mistakes in my own opinion. Ami has good anime talent.
