Artist's CommentsONLY POLISH TUTORIAL!!! Sry guyz FULLVIEW is needed! [EDIT] Because a lot of people asked me for the translation of the part with the background, here you are :3 STEP 9. Hide the layer or layers with character. It is not necessary now. You need just a white layer. Mark a ellipse with the Elliptical Marquee Tool on the same layer! Don't remove this selection. Fill this selection with black colour on the same layer. STEP 10. You can remove selection now and go to the Filter > Pixelate > Color Halftone (maybe… I have the polish version of photoshop and I am not sure the english version). Choose values which you prefer! For me the most important value is the first one. I wrote '40' there. The bigger picture the bigger value is necessary. My effect is on the left. Next go to the bookmark named Channels. Choose the first icon from the left on the bottom (sorry I don't know English name of it) and go to the Select > Inverse Return to the bookmark "layers" and create a new one (transparent layer). Remember – you can't remove selection now! On the new layer you can use colours, effects, gradients or what you want. If you finished it, remove the selection.  I won't translate it. Why? Because here on the deviantART is a lot of great, awesome and uber-super english photoshop tutorials.I did this tutorial for my friends from country where I live.
